Why did you choose CTS EVENTIM as your employer?

The live entertainment industry offers great and emotional products. CTS EVENTIM has excellent reach in the markets and is positioned with a view towards the future – these are criteria I find exciting and important.

 

In what way have you grown as part of CTS EVENTIM?

Since I started out in 2014, I have worked on building a global platform for optimum customer communication at CTS EVENTIM. This involves interdisciplinary projects with various departments and their integration in the company’s technical platforms.

 

What is your personal recipe for success?

My guiding principle is “Nothing is impossible”, and I also believe in working well with others. I always welcome questions, ideas and suggestions. Even if something looks impossible at first, there is usually a suitable solution out there. You often find it only after talking to several people and considering the issue from various angles. Surprisingly, the result then often turns out to be even better than expected.

What are the career and continuing training opportunities CTS EVENTIM offers you? And which of them have you already taken advantage of?

In addition to constant learning on the job while working on innovative projects, a regular exchange takes place with our HR business partner. Currently I have the opportunity to take part in a one-year management development programme.

 

How do you perceive the management and cooperation within CTS EVENTIM?

Why did you choose CTS EVENTIM as your employer?

The company I used to work for was bought by CTS EVENTIM about 14 years ago. I have worked here since then and am very content here. I am particularly excited by the international projects, the great products and the strong growth – and being part of a success story.

 

In what way have you grown as part of CTS EVENTIM?

I started out as an intern, and then I was a student assistant working as a developer. Later on I became a team leader and finally a department head in charge of about 30 staff members.

Believing in the concepts we implement and paying careful attention to every detail.

I have already participated in various management training seminars and attended several specialist conferences.

CTS EVENTIM acts in a very dynamic way to quickly seize new market opportunities. It works because all divisions are well coordinated with one another at all levels and collaborate closely with each other.

 

How do you perceive the in-house atmosphere at CTS EVENTIM? Which values, standards and attitudes do you appreciate?

The atmosphere is very pleasant. Achieving the objectives is more important than rigid processes and hierarchies. It’s the only way you can respond flexibly to the requirements of the market.

How does the application process work?

  • Online application with complete documents via our application management system
  • Our recruitment manager and the respective division review the application documents and make the pre-selection
  • We generally conduct two interviews on our premises before making an employment offer

What should you expect to happen at the interviews? 

The purpose of the first interview is to get to know you better and to describe the company for you in greater detail. The recruitment manager and your future direct superior in the respective division want to learn more about your previous work experience, your abilities and your motivation. In the second interview you usually meet the respective HR business partner and your superior at the next hierarchical level.
