(Senior) Product Manager NET (f/m/d)
Join our international Product Management organization and take ownership of the evolution of EVENTIM.NET, Europe’s leading B2B ticketing system. Our solution powers ticket sales in 23 countries, supporting over 40,000 business clients and more than 100,000 active users. It enables large-scale on-sales for national and international tours, provides sophisticated control over sales performance, and ensures efficient settlement across markets.
In this role, you will drive the continuous development of one of our most business-critical enterprise platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape solutions that empower promoters, venues, and partners across Europe.
- Act as a domain expert with end-to-end responsibility for delivering value for our professional ticketing software
- Analyze problems to solve, market opportunities, customer and stakeholder requests, translating them into value driven roadmaps, user flows, and testable acceptance criteria
- Collaborate proactively with UX to ensure intuitive, efficient, and user-centric system experiences and with engineering for the best technical solutions
- Guide development teams within an agile setup, providing product direction and supporting delivery while maintaining a strong outcome focus
- Apply data-driven decision-making — using quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize outcomes, validate hypotheses, and measure product success
- Ensure smooth go-to-market readiness by enabling documentation, release notes, and knowledge transfer for internal teams and stakeholders
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital product development, B2B and/or enterprise solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven insights; experience with Mixpanel is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate confidently with Engineering, UX, and (international) business stakeholders to develop user-centric and commercially impactful solutions
- Excellent ability to understand customer problems to define solution options and specify requirements clearly — structured, testable, and easy for cross-functional teams to understand
- Experienced in agile delivery environments and comfortable handling complex prioritization, iterative product work and stakeholder landscapes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex product or technical topics into clear, audience-appropriate narratives. Fluent in English
