(Senior) Product Manager Webshop (m/f/d)
Be part of our international Product Management team and play a key role in shaping the webshop behind Europe’s leading ticketing platform.
From mobile to desktop, our platform connects fans with live events in 25+ countries and enables over 300 million seamless ticket purchases every year.
Working closely with agile, cross-functional teams, you’ll help build and evolve a platform that connects millions of fans with unforgettable live moments — every single day.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of one of the core components at the heart of that experience.
- You take strategic and operational end-to-end responsibility for our revenue domain, covering cross-sell in checkout and after-sales, order communication, and MyAccount, with a clear focus on revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- You develop a data-driven monetization strategy for existing and new cross-sell services, derive business cases, and prioritize initiatives based on expected customer and business impacts.
- You systematically identify revenue potentials along the customer journey, formulate clear hypotheses, and validate these through experiments (A/B tests), quantitative analyses, and qualitative research methods.
- You translate market requirements and internal stakeholder needs (e.g., from Customer Care, Marketing/CRM, Resale, or Mobile/Web) into scalable product solutions, clear roadmaps, and actionable backlogs.
- In collaboration with UX, you design user-centered and conversion-optimized experiences. With your development team, you drive robust, API-based, and compliant implementations – with accurate tracking and high data quality.
- In an agile environment, you create a clear product vision and prioritize value-oriented development according to defined KPIs (Conversion, Attach Rate, AOV, Support Reduction, Compliance, Messaging Effectiveness).
- You act as the central point of contact for your domain, align stakeholders up to management level, and make confident, data-driven decisions with a clear outcome focus.
- University degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience as a (Senior) Product Owner or (Senior) Product Manager in digital product development – ideally in an e-commerce or digital business context.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with Engineering, UX, and (international) business stakeholders to develop user-centric and commercially impactful solutions.
- Excellent skills in identifying customer problems, evaluating solution options, and clearly defining structured, testable, and cross-functionally understandable requirements.
- Experienced in agile delivery environments and confident in managing complex prioritization, iterative product development, and stakeholder alignment.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex product and technical topics into clear, audience-appropriate language.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
We value diversity and treat all applications equally – regardless of gender, background, age, religion, disability, or sexual orientation. Different perspectives enrich our team and make EVENTIM stronger.
