(Senior) UX Researcher (m/f/d)

You will be joining our UX team which supports product teams through qualitative and quantitative research to turn insights into real impact. By uncovering what truly matters to our fans, partners, and event organizers, you will shape data-informed decisions across both B2C and B2B products.
In this role, you will lead foundational and strategic research initiatives and drive user-centric product development at scale.
What to expect:
- Own and execute end-to-end research across the product lifecycle (discovery, ideation, prototyping, usability testing) using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Lead high-impact research initiatives that answer complex product and business questions and influence product direction
- Collaborate closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering to identify opportunities and embed insights into decision-making
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights through storytelling, visualizations, and strong stakeholder engagement
- Build and scale research frameworks and systems to enable continuous learning, faster iteration, and improved decision quality
What you´ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in UX research (mixed methods) with strong expertise in qualitative (e.g. interviews, usability) and quantitative methods (e.g. surveys, behavioral analysis)
- Proven ability to build scalable research systems/frameworks and drive research impact in both agile and structured environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear narratives
- Solid academic or practical background in research methodology, statistics, and data interpretation, plus a relevant degree (e.g. HCI, Psychology, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools in research workflows, combined with a collaborative, empathetic, and resilient working style and fluency in English
