We are looking for an intern to support us for six months, starting in July.
- Influencer Management: Independent management of influencers and content creators mainly for the Italian market, including acquisition, (price) negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Communication: Creation of detailed briefings and support in the development of campaign concepts.
- Trend Analysis: Research and sourcing of new influencer profiles.
- Performance Tracking: Support in monitoring KPIs and deriving insights and action plans.
- Support: Assisting the marketing team in daily business activities.
- You are studying business administration, marketing, communications, or a comparable field, or have recently successfully completed your studies.
- Strong interest in online marketing, influencers, and social media, as well as a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and current trends.
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience through internships or working student positions.
- Excellent communication skills, as well as strong writing and comprehension abilities.
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working, along with a reliable, open-minded personality and a hands-on mentality.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Very good English and Italian skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
