(Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) Venues & Real Estate Development

CTS EVENTIM connects millions of people worldwide with unforgettable live experiences.
Within the Venues & Real Estate Development team, you will drive the development and delivery of new event venues, as well as the enhancement of existing ones – including landmark projects such as the Unipol Dome in Milan and the WH Arena in Vienna.
In this role, you will take ownership of large-scale international projects and actively shape the future of live entertainment infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of planning and construction processes for new venues – from initial concept through to commissioning
• Development of requirements, specifications, and operational concepts for arena projects
• Conducting research, feasibility studies, and case analyses to support decision-making for new venues
• Managing and coordinating external planners, project stakeholders, and service providers, including tenders and contract negotiations
• Reviewing and evaluating concepts, plans, and designs, and preparing well-founded decision proposals for senior management

Your Profile:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering (Construction), or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in the development, planning, or management of complex construction projects, ideally within multifunctional venue environments
• Strong technical and commercial acumen, particularly in contract and cost management
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and self-driven working style
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and fluency in both German and English (business level)
