Product Management

We design innovative products, platforms, and solutions that lead many market segments. At the heart of our thinking and actions are always our customers - B2B & B2C.

In a digitalised sector like ticketing, big data is an indispensable source of knowledge and innovation, providing us with valuable insights which can help us to shape our business profitably and competitively into the future. 

Our team focuses on this core with the aim of better understanding our customers (customer relationship management), optimising relevant business processes (business intelligence) and offering analytical services for our partners (B2B).

Marketing 

From awareness to reach and ticket sales: the online marketing team guides our customers along the various online touchpoints through the sales funnel. This includes the classic online marketing channels, analytics and continual conversion optimisation based on performance KPIs

Sales

Our sales team takes care of the support and further development of discerning existing customers, as well as identifying new potentials. The long-term sustainability of these relationships is important to us. 

Controlling, Finance & Procurement 

Our teams in these areas pool their expertise in the following departments:

The most important part of your application is your CV.  We would also like to see your certificates and/or work references, so we can gain a better understanding of you and your qualifications.

To ensure the privacy of our customers, we are PCI-certified. For applicants, this means that if you are hired, we will need complete proof for the stages of your CV. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could submit your full documents with your application. 

When will I receive a response to my application?

We endeavour to process all applications as quickly as possible. Depending on the volume of work, you can expect feedback within 1-2 weeks.

What is the application process like?

The first interview typically takes place digitally via MS Teams. Depending on the position a team day, a trial task or an assessment center may await you in the second step of the process. We will inform you about the process in the first interview.
