Software Development

The central development of the products is agile at CTS EVENTIM (with scrum) and distributed across several teams. Depending on the pertinent requirements, the systems are developed with the latest technologies in many different programming languages. The average working day of a developer in our company is marked by great personal freedom and responsibility, excellent international teams and good continuing training opportunities.

Data Centre Operations & IT Support 

In this division several teams make sure the physical and virtual high-load systems run smoothly. The duties include operation of the databases and ticketing systems, maintenance of the systems at the ticket offices, internal IT systems and IT security, among others. The electronic admission controls are also handled by this division directly at the domestic and international event venues.

Consulting & Support

This division has a lot of customer contact: external customers, but also our international subsidiaries as well as internal IT and other departments are taken care of by our consulting experts. They present systems and advise colleagues during system set-up and also conduct training seminars. Our Professional Customer Support team provides technical assistance and serves as the central contact for all hardware and software issues.
