Our customers’ success is our success. To make sure they do even better for the long term, we consistently expand our sales network and our partner network (e.g. TUI, ADAC). Moreover, we advise our event organisers regarding new and existing EVENTIM products so we can sell even more tickets together. Our Sales Marketing department supports us in these activities.

Members of the sales staff should be determined to be successful together with us and have great customer focus and a pronounced ability to work in a team. CHALLENGES AND SUCCESSES

In-house Sales

The In-house Sales team works in tandem with a partner from Field Sales. Together they generate offers and contract documents for the CTS EVENTIM customers after appropriate needs assessment and discussion. When customers have questions – for instance regarding documents (contracts, supplementary agreements and SLAs), billing, hardware or software – the In-house Sales team is the first place to contact. Additionally, it takes care of individual customer groups and all the related duties.   

Field Sales

The Field Sales representatives are on site, in direct contact with the customers. Together with the In-house Sales partners, they advise the customers, foster the contact with them and recognise sales potentials and new business opportunities. What is more, they acquire additional ticket offices, event organisers and event venues as new customers.

Sales Marketing

Here important sales support projects such as our B2B partner portal and national road shows are implemented and carried out. Sales Marketing generates creative and appealing sales documents, mail shots and presentations. This department also assumes additional marketing functions with great public relations impact: advertising and media planning, direct marketing and customer events.
